Two intake modules on the robot
Modules can be replaced in 2-3 minutes with 2 pins and a single wire needed. Each module has 5 custom wheels, and the front three wheels are spring loaded in addition to being flexible in order to pick up the game elements in most orientations.
Custom molded silicone wheels
I created 3D printed molds and made custom wheels to suit the geometry of our intake.
